documenta 14 is not owned by anyone in particular. It is shared among its visitors and artists, readers and writers, as well as all those whose work made it happen.

The content of the d14 website is no more accessible to the public for legal reasons as of 2018. However, it is always possible to request the rights to access or even the material directly from the artists. The archive is currently in the process of cataloging the d14 materials in its media collections. In the course of these activities, the rights of use will also be redefined. However, this process will continue for some time.
