You Can’t Step Into Me Twice

The City is divided by a river called You Can’t Step Into Me Twice. The two banks thus created are the Left and the Right Hemispheres. One is considered to be evil and the other good. Everything inside the bodies of the inhabitants also comes in pairs. They have two eyes, nostrils, lungs, brains, hands, kidneys, feet, and so on. There are guards everywhere who watch that the river flows, egos are replenished, and promises are kept. When the promises are not kept, they use a special manual that deals with that. The guards are not supposed to wash in the river, but they do.
